| Rwanda Amazi is working in Muganza village near the capital city of Kigali. The community there is strong but in great need of practical help after the 1994 genocide and prevailing social economic difficulities. For instance there is no fresh water in the village, no Wells in Muganza village, no local spring and a 2-3 mile hike down the steep Kigali Mt dropping hundreds of feet in elevation to collect water. Who walks this tiring path? Who struggles up the steep mountain with gallons of water? The children! Amazi International has started a life changing project here, far above the nearest clean water, we are collecting rain water from the roofs of the homes by installing gutters on the home and giving a container to collect water. Forty dollars provides gutters and a container for a home to be able to collect rain water. Imagine sending your young child two to three miles down the mountain to collect water. Now, imagine having gutters on your home and a container to collect the rain water............ life changing!!! Help us go from this way of collecting water ............. To this way..........
