Raju went to be with the Lord July 27th, 2009 at 1:30pm. We will surely miss him. We are so thankful he is with the Lord and will suffer no more.
He had a lot of people that loved him and took care of him. Jessica Nelson and Adrienne Rumsey spent 3 months caring for and loving Raju. Buddhiman and Indrakala raised Raju like he was their own son, not an orphan, and the children loved him like he was their brother. It has been very hard for all of them to lose a member of their family. We were blessed to have the Drs that helped care for him in the hospital and do all they could to help. As well as two other volunteers Naama and Mia who helped in the last days of his life.
We are so grateful to all of those that were praying and gave financially to help him get the best medical care possible.
So many people came together to help this little disabled young man when others would not have due to the culture and the view of the disabled.
I want to thank everyone for everything they did to help.
